Milky Way Creamery

Milky Way Creamery is a goat dairy and creamery right here in Boquete. We are passionate about providing high quality, natural, goat dairy products to our local community. This endeavor was inspired by our concern about animal welfare and about pharmaceutical and agrochemical residues often found in industrial dairy products. Our goats are an integral part of our diverse organic farm - Finca Bello Horizonte.

The tour includes:
A cheese making demonstration, meeting the stars of the show~ the goats, of course!, a milking demonstration, bottle-feeding of a baby goat, and all you want to know about goats: breeds, habits, management, etc.

We start the tour by making cheese, and we end the tour by sitting down to enjoy the same cheese that we made at the beginning, paired with warm baguettes and homemade lemonade.
